By default, all customer data is:
- Hosted in region-specific, enterprise-grade cloud environments (AWS or Azure, depending on client preference)
- Encrypted at rest using AES-256
- Time-bound and tag-based - datasets expire automatically after configurable periods
We do not use customer data for training models unless explicitly permitted. Customers can request data deletions at any time, and deletion is logged, verified, and irreversible.
All backups are encrypted and stored in compliance with our retention policies.
